Founded by Paramahamsa
Nithyananda, the Vedic Temple is not only a worship
altar but also an educating organization providing inspiration to
millions of people
worldwide.
Over the centuries, the rich Vedic culture and tradition which continues to be a source of inspiration even now in the
heart of
India, has started fading away. The mission and vision of
this organization is to revive this ancient Vedic tradition in all
its dimensions and bring back to life the yogic science and methods
that continues
to be the backbone of our
society today.
Installed by Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda,
the Vedic Temple at Montclair houses the largest number of tallest deities in North America.
Having more than a 100 deities of Enlightened Masters from the Vedic tradition,
the Temple serves as a place of worship, meditation and celebration.
In addition, the Temple also houses an Anna Mandir, which serves free food to all visitors and devotees, all day, everyday. Being a place where meditation just happens naturally, the Vedic Temple provides the perfect ambience for Satsangs, Yoga and Meditation workshops and programs for kids.
