On Sunday, May 11, the Vedic Temple hosted the renowned performers, the Gundecha Brothers. The Gundecha Brothers are internationally-renowned musicians of Dhrupad, the ancient style of Indian classical music. The Dhrupad is a form of devotional music that traces its origin to the ancient text of the Sam Veda. From early chanting in Temples, Dhrupad evolved into a sophisticated form of devotional music.
