Grand Installation and Prana Patishta (Infusing life energy), Vedic Temple

St Louis, USA - 17 October 2007

October 17, 2007 marked the Grand Installation and Prana Pratishta (infusing life energy into deities) in Vedic Temple in the beautiful Ashram in St Louis.

St.Louis ashram is off the scenic route W just 30 mins from the city. Driving in on Nithyananda Drive, you enter into the sprawling ashram campus. The beautiful landscape nestled among the woods and rolling hills of Missouri stretches for 140 acres. As you enter, we see the Paramahamsa Park around Pushkarini lake. The construction of the Vedic Community is planned around Paramahamsa Park.

The Vedic Temple houses the tallest Venkateshwara in North America along with His consorts - Sridevi and Bhoodevi. Beautiful Shiva Linga and Ananda Ganesha have also been installed in this Vedic Temple.

The Ashram will also host an extended campus of Nithyananda Vedic Sciences University, the one-of-a-kind learning institution established by Paramahamsa Nithyananda to radiate enlightening Vedic sciences

Following are some of the pictures taken during this trip and the installation ceremonies conducted by the Vedic Temple of St. Louis.
